Via over and over, for all eternity
Are you serious?
Well, it is a fine line. Are we complete strangers or fiances? So hard to separate at times ;) But that’s not new. They always do that shit, just pathetic. Good thing they hold coffee cups - they could hold hands otherwise, and we don’t want that, do we?
but, look at the fucking synchro:
Today one of my friends was dress coded for her bra strap showing and so she wrote on the gym shirt that they gave her. It reads “Dress Code: promotes the objectification and sexualization of young bodies, blames the wearer for the onlooker’s perceptions/actions, perpetuates rape culture, and is bullshit” On the back she wrote “You can’t shame me for something I’m not ashamed for”. It was really cool seeing all of the people’s reactions who saw it and I thought what she did was pretty cool.
YES YOUNG WOMEN STANDING UP FOR THEMSELVES
I LITERALLY JUST GOT BACK FROM MY DAUGHTER’S SCHOOL WITH A NEW OUTFIT. Her dress WAS “fingertip length” (she’s also close to 6’ tall) BUT. BUT!! What if she raises her hand? Then it won’t be!
There needs to be a day where around the country all women wear something to point out the gross sexualization of our young women by their teachers/administrators.
And you better believe I raised Cain with this teacher who called my AP/Honor Roll student out, saying loudly so the whole hall could hear that I found it disturbing that she was bending the rules in order to stay hyperfocused on my daughter’s upper thighs, contemplating all the ways in which they could be exposed. And that THAT was the problem.
FUCK. DRESS CODES.
do you ever get into one of those situations where you’re like “I need to stop hating this particular person it’s not going to get me anywhere I’m just going to grow up and move on with my life” but then they do the tiniest thing to piss you off and then you’re like “nope fuck you right off I want to throw you off a bridge”
